PHIPPS MCKINNON BUILDING
The Phipps McKinnon building is an iconic landmark in downtown Edmonton. Situated in the heart of the entertainment district on Rice Howard Way, this building is home to an array of retail and office tenants. The lobby of the 20-storey tower is a vibrant place to have coffee meetings thanks to the famed Lui-Chi's Coffee kiosk. Phipps McKinnon is also home to one of the best fine dining restaurants in the city: Bianco.

JOSAN BLOCK

Josan Properties is pleased to share the design of another multi-family project in our development pipeline. This project is based in Camrose, AB and will feature 98 luxury residential units. BLUESKYS BUILDING
The BlueSkys Building was acquired by Josan Properties in May of 2021. This 24,000 square foot value-add opportunity allows our company another chance to showcase our rehab expertise. We are excited to renovate and lease up the building and showcase the finished product. Stay tuned for updates.
VERNON MULTI-FAMILY
Josan Properties is pleased to share the first design draft of our latest multi-family project, located in Vernon, BC. This luxury apartment and condominium complex will contemplate 270 units in three buildings along with a significant retail, office, and amenity component. The project will be the largest and most desirable apartment and condo living option in Vernon. Paradise Village is an five building apartment complex comprised of 84 residential units. IMPACT CENTRE
This industrial diamond in the rough was completed rehabbed by Josan Properties in 2020. Purchased off market, this 10,000 square foot industrial building in Edmonton is coupled with an acre of vacant land, which will be the home of a new commercial development from Josan Properties in the near future.
